Club leaders for postseason home runs

Over on @RSNStats on Twitter there was a fun question.

A little digging through the archives over at Baseball-Reference.com, and we have the answer for all 30 major league clubs. The all-time leader for postseason home runs with a single club is the Yankees Bernie Williams (22). The most in the National League is 18 by Albert Pujols of the Cardinals. David Ortiz has had 17 postseason home runs with the Red Sox, tied with the Indians Jim Thome for the 3rd-most in MLB history. Note that Miguel Cabrera holds the club record for two teams, the Marlins and the Tigers.
